Re: Spotters

Which raises a question: How does one post photos here? Just link to a photo site? I'd like to see some spotters.

Re: Spotters

I'm using a 3" orange spot inside a 5" black circle. I put the spotter on an 8 1/2 X 11 poster board, either blue or cream. On a bright day the blue really stands out and on an overcast day the cream color seems to have better contrast.

Re: Spotters

bill it depends on 3 things length of gun barrel -size of pin head  and how good a set of eyes you have..remeber if you use a merit disc or any disk shrinks  the sixe of pin head and the  spotter down..the young pups with great eyes  are shooting a .100 pin and using as low as a 2.5 white.   most guys use around a 3 to 4 depending on the sun  .remeber pauls words .shoot what you can see..most people listen only to the first part to the part about smallest spotter   i shoot a 4.5 and disbro shots a 5.paul liked a 2 1/2 inch black ring around the white most guys like the green backround .

Re: Spotters

Kermit, just use a photo site like photobucket and use link. If you use the paste icon in the bar above this response (looks like a clipboard)  you should be ok.

Re: Spotters

I found it is easier to hit ctrl then c and it will paste.  I could not use the "clipboard" like I told you in the previous post.
