Laughery Valley Championship

I was asked if this is a 6 shot or 10 shot match and I was not sure.

Please let me know.

Thanks

Re: Laughery Valley Championship

Hi Carl,
Unless Robin has chenged something that I'm not aware of, it's been a 10 shot match.

Re: Laughery Valley Championship

It is 10 shots

Re: Laughery Valley Championship

Got home from the Laughery Valley shoot last evening tired but still high from a wonderful day on the range.Work has kept me away from almost all the shoots this summer but I made this one and had a great time with everyone that I hadn't seen in a while. Good turn out (21 shooters), great weather (except for the wind, and good chili for lunch, Doesn't get much better. Thanks Robin, it was a good show.

Re: Laughery Valley Championship

I'll have to agree with you gentlemen about the Laughery Valley Shoot.

It was an excellent event for all but the best thing that I saw was the number of new faces that I had not seen at table shoots before. So glad to see these folks out giving it a try and especially the young lady who came out to shoot, it is a fun shoot for all ages.

Thanks to Robin and crew that put on the shoot and to the lady that brought the excellent chili. Also Don Ross's wife for the excellent chocolate chip cookies.

Re: Laughery Valley Championship

Agree with all the above comments.
My son checked with my granddaughter to see if she had a good time at the shoot and she said she did and would like to try it again.

Re: Laughery Valley Championship

I'm sure Robin will post the scores when time allows. 21 shooters, the first 3 were:

Carl King  3.476"  (10 shot match)
Bill Disbro 3.549" (I think)
Dave Collier 3.7??" or 3.8??"

It was a nice sunny day with a lot of wind all day.

Carl King took home all of the marbles but we all took home another good memory.

Three things you must remember while target shooting. (1) Align the sights carefully. (2) Squeeze the trigger. (3) Say how did it get over there. http://prwarner.wix.com/mlts-masters
