Go to the website:  https://secure.photobucket.com/register
Enter your email, you will enter a username, a password, enter your birth date and zip code.  Then you need to click the “I’m not a robot” box and type in the number in the photo verify.  Click the large button at the bottom “get started”
Be careful not to click any of the many adds that pop up on this site.  When in doubt don't click anything but [X] and [hide].  

You will want to Click [upload image], select the image you with to upload from your hard drive. 
Once it is uploaded click your [Library] and select the image. 
On the right side it shows the URL (web address) under shared links.  Click the address under {Direct} and it will automatically copy the address.   When you past the address you have copied it should look something like this:

Then go to the forum you want to post the photo on.  Above were you post there are menu boxes.  The fifth box over, third icon (looks like mountain with a sun & when you hold the mouse over the icon the text “Image” pops up) click this icon.  Then past the photo URL into the box and click OK.  Then Post.

Tried using Photobucket once and it broke me out in a case of the Hives!

Go to Flickr.....and use it! Much easier and better IMO!
