I have a friend that is wanting me to help sell a barrel and action that he has. It would be for heavy bench. It is a Web Terry under hammer action fitted with a Bill Large barrel that Web has done some work to. Not real sure what that means. It is a 50 cal slow twist for round ball. It is a heavy large barrel. At least 11/2  octagon barrel maybe bigger. Been a while since I have seen it. It would be what we call new old stock. Never been shot. Barrel and action only. Anyone familiar with this and what it may be worth. Thanks
