Carrying on!

I have spent the last two days at the Gun Club I belong to. The club is "the " gathering place all during deer season.
It is great seeing the younger generation so upbeat about this deer hunting! We meet each evening and they discuss what they saw and maybe shots missed by hitting an unseen limb or where they think the deer are going.
I keep the fire going, coffee made, eats warmed up and listen to the stories! There is hope in this part of the country that the hunting tradition will continue for some time to come!!
When I left tonight there were 4 does and two 10 point bucks hanging on the meat pole. One of the 10's belonged to my grandson. He was taken about 60 miles north and the other belonged to my wife's nephew's daughter. She took it on the farm just south of the club house, about 1/2 mile south!
There are quite a few ladies enjoying the sport around here.

Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there.

Three things you must remember while target shooting. (1) Align the sights carefully. (2) Squeeze the trigger. (3) Say how did it get over there. http://prwarner.wix.com/mlts-masters
