The date is October 18. The range is 9 miles north of Weston, Missouri. Match fee is $35 and includes targets, prizes, championship trophy, sash, and tiara, traveling champion's necktie, and award winning Kansas City barbeque for lunch, cooked on site while we shoot.

The match starts at 10:00 - we'll start shooting sighters at 9:30. You need to arrive well before 9:00 to set up. Guns must be of traditional offhand or chunk style and design only. No in-line actions or sealed ignitions. No roll-over cheek pieces, pistol grips, thumbhole stocks, composition or laminated stocks, composition butt plates, schuetzen style or hooked butt plates, or adjustable butt plates. No butt stocks with radical knobs, swells or relief cuts or that are deeper than 6” from heel to toe. No modern coil spring under hammer actions – “buggy rifle” action under hammers are allowed.

Space limits us to 52 shooters. Pre-registration is just about mandatory. We generally have a pretty good prize pile including a silver dollar for each match's best X.
