2020 York Shoot is March 28th. I got that off Robins other website, I think.

I would like to express my deepest sympathy to all those who didn't make this year's shoot. YOU BLEW IT!
Weather was beautiful, warmish, little wind. We all parked up by the club house and had no steps to go up & down. A breeze driving and out. I came in 13 of 18 shooters with an 11.242 string(avg. for me). I won powder, a hardback book on the St. Louis Hawkins family, a super hand made hunting bag/ pouch, and for my fourth round the left over cheezy-corn(YUMMY). Can't wait for next year!!!!! Oh! don't forget the pulled pork, BBG sausage, baked beans, cheezy corn, and -----the apple dumplings a-la-mode.

I am looking for a Jesse Booher rear sight; 4 1/2 in. long with two screw holes in front about 7/8 in. apart, 3/8 in. wide in the tang, and 3/4 wide at the adjustable sight. The sight is is adjustable for both elevation and windage.

Paul & Dagner were right; I learned the hard way. No taps on the barrel. You might run a die down on the nipple. That way if you mess it up you haven't lost much. Suggestion: after each shoot clean the rifle nipple hole with a .27 or .28 cal. bore brush. I think you have a cleaning problem as I did. The bore brush is easier on the threads. Also, when I install a nipple I put a dab of monolithium grease on the threads. They come out easier that way. Balastol works well too. If that doesn't work get a needle file and clean out the vees of the nipple threads.
